Technical Brand Represantative - Bentonville, AR

Turn your passion for specialty coffee into a technical, growth-focused sales career.

At SOVDA, we don’t just sell equipment—we help roasters build smarter, cleaner, and more efficient production lines. Our systems support industry leaders like Black & White, Onyx, and SEY, enabling them to scale without compromising on the quality that defines them.

We’re looking for a Bentonville-based specialist who truly speaks roaster language. You’re not just in sales—you’re a technical partner and a trusted ambassador for our brand. If you combine deep knowledge of specialty coffee with a proactive, hands-on approach, you’ll help roasteries across the US streamline workflows, reduce manual labor, and deliver consistently exceptional coffee at scale.

Your Role:

As our US Technical Brand Representative, you will manage the full customer lifecycle—from identifying the next top-tier roastery to completing their on-site installation.

  • Empower Roasters: Use your expertise to show how SOVDA’s color sorters and conveyance systems solve real-world production bottlenecks.

  • Drive Outreach: Proactively research and engage with roasteries that fit our profile, managing a HubSpot pipeline to meet quarterly targets.

  • Get Hands-On: Travel to customer sites across North America to lead equipment installations, commissioning, and hands-on staff training.

  • Be the Technical Bridge: Provide expert remote troubleshooting via phone and video, ensuring our partners never lose a day of production.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Proactively research, pitch, and close deals with specialty roasters to meet quarterly revenue targets.

  • Technical Support: Perform on-site equipment installations and provide remote troubleshooting support to resolve mechanical issues.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with customers and maintain precise data within our CRM.

  • Community Engagement: Represent the SOVDA brand at key events and engage with Key Opinion Leaders.

Who You Are

  • Specialty Coffee Pro: You have a deep understanding of the industry (ideally 2+ years in roasting, coffee tech, or high-end hospitality).

  • Growth-Minded: You have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience or a proven track record in a proactive, customer-facing role.

  • Technically Capable: You are comfortable with tools and have the mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair machines.

  • Quick Learner: You’re eager to build new skills across coffee, sales, and technical equipment, and you actively seek out training or find information on your own.
  • Industry Connector: You are excited to travel to key events, meet Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and strengthen our community in person.
